Emotional Freedom Technique

Often referred to as EFT, this practical self-help method involves using the fingers to gently tap on the body's acupuncture points along the meridian lines of Chinese medicine. Also known as Tapping, this technique’s therapeutic effects are recognised worldwide. EFT can be used with various forms of trauma, stress, anxiety and many other challenges with remarkable results.

Your therapist will begin your session by helping you identify, via a set of questions, the current emotions you are facing and rate their intensity. Guided fully by your therapist, you will tap on certain meridian points, aiming to reduce the intensity of those emotions.
